Being able to work independently and having the trust from leadership to do so.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 4 interviews including with the President of the company which shows me the care that put into validating candidates are a good fit for both them and the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Voltus has the most transparent leadership team that I've ever worked for. They are also very nimble making them very adaptable to ever changing conditions in our industry. It is very refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is unique and the best at what they do. Since they are also unique, they bring a diversity of viewpoints to solve challenges. Voltus strives to be diverse and has the highest ratio of women in the workplace and is intentionally increasing our ratio of ethnicities.
