What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's growing. I was happy last year before receiving a generous raise. I anticipate another sizable raise in the future as we re-calibrate our pay structure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to truly value and enjoy each other as people. They've gone through difficult times together and most have been with the company for a relatively long time. They're transparent, available and care for their teammates. They encourage speaking truth to power & live the values at the top.
