Digital MT : Reward the hard workers, not the ones who talk the most and have nothing to show for it. Stop hiring too many people as there are so many who barely have 2 hours of work daily. STOP promoting POLITICS. DIGITAL MT is very bad at this.. Most of the digital MT are coordinators not leaders.

Salary ranges are not transparent and overlap quite a bit. Salaries are low compared to the current market
There are no cost of living adjustments, only merit increases. Of which, are not nearly matching the pace of inflation. Raises should be cost of living (inflation) raise + a merit (3-5%) raise.
Compensation needs to be adjusted to NY levels
Promotions are far and few in between. Raises are barely 2%. The salaries are lower than NY/NJ rates.
The salary offering for my role isn't very competitive compared to other companies in the area.
