It was the bonus program, but it appears it is being manipulated by PX under the new structure.

Pay needs to be review with the current pay grades that are available from other company's. Volvo is on the lower end of this pay grade.

Newly hired employees as well as men are still paid higher than women. Nothing has been done to address the disparity between the pay structure of men and women. Older women in the company were not blessed to receive today's family bonding benefits or new hire equal pay. Their pay is stagnant.
