Mr. David T. Pearson, also known as Dave, has been Chief Financial Officer of Vonage Holdings Corporation since May 01, 2013. Mr. Pearson served as a Treasurer of Vonage Holdings Corporation since May 01, 2013 until June 22, 2017. Mr. Pearson joined Vonage from Deutsche Bank. He served as Head of Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking-Americas at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. He has more than 18 years of executive leadership experience and more than 21 years of relevant industry experience. During his banking career, he advised on more than 30 completed M&A transactions and raised more than $50 billion of equity and debt capital for global TMT clients. he started his career as a Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked on strategy, business process re-engineering and emerging market privatization projects, all within the global telecommunications industry. He served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Telecommunications Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank AG since October 6, 2003. He joined Deutsche Bank from Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked for 10 years and also served as a Managing Director in Telecommunications Practice. He oversees Deutsche Bank's U.S. Telecommunications group. Mr. Pearson earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his A.B. in Political Science and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University.
