It is comprehensive and offers decent coverage

Benefits and stock are not comparable to competitors and tech industry. Feels like a telco or a bank.
My peers make more than me and I do more, demonstrably.

Open mind, daily support, friendly approach

Friendly atmosfeer, support, goal oriented approach
Everyone gets along with each other and we are all different

The CEO needs to be authentic and actually do what he says.

clearness, good atmosfeer, open approach
I really enjoyed the people I met in the API group, especially the group President.
