Mr. Jeffrey Adam Citron, also known as Jeff serves as Managing Partner at KEC Ventures. He is the Managing Partner at KEC Holdings, LLC. Mr. Citron founded Vonage Ltd. in 2001 and serves as its Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategist and Chairman. He served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Citron founded Vonage Holdings Corporation in 2001 and has been its Non-Executive Chairman since January 2001. He was a Consultant at Vonage Holdings Corporation since July 2008. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategist at Vonage Holdings Corporation, from April 11, 2007 to July 29, 2008 and from February 8, 2006 to July 2007 respectively and served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 2001 to February 8, 2006.
