Vinod Lala — Chief Strategy Officer at Vonage Holdings Corp.

Mr. Vinod Lala has been Chief Strategy Officer at Vonage Holdings Corporation since July 13, 2016. Mr. Lala joined Vonage in 2014 to lead corporate strategy and development, leveraging his cloud technology, corporate investment and strategic advisory experience. He joined Vonage Holdings from Guggenheim Partners, where he served as a Managing Director and led principal investments and mergers & acquisitions in cloud technology and communications. Prior to Guggenheim, he served as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on communications services and technology and counseled global businesses and their boards on corporate strategy and deal execution. During his career, he has advised on over $60 billion in publicly announced M&A across more than 40 transactions and special situations as well as a number of IPOs, leveraged financings and capital markets issuances. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manges and thereafter as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lala earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Yale University.
