The best part of our compensation package is the travel reimbursement benefit. Not only do you receive an annual allowance based on tenure ($250 - $750), any awards you receive for recognition or milestones are also put into this account. It paid for my ticket to Hawaii this year!
Frequent reviews, fair relative to market
Competition is reasonably fair by market standards; unlimited vacation policy is great on paper but some execs/team leaders frown on those who use any vacation days.
