Passionate about what they do and knowledgeable, competent and effective they get things done quickly, willing to help each other not competing with one another

Every single thing needs to change horrible people the employees curse all day long
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouraging to ask questions and do the right thing.
Everyone is needed, everyone's contribution is valued, good performance is rewarded and poor performance is addressed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Keep the good workers instead of the employees who curse! So unprofessional!

What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy and independence and trust and flexibility.
I love the work I do and the people I work with. I feel valued by my peers and boss and I have a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Try caring about people! You fire good workers and keep lazy uneducated employees!
