Most of the lower level employees are pretty cool, its management and ownership that are not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The owner doesn't honor his word and will do virtually anything to make a buck from either his clients OR employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast, I got hired the sale day I interviewed. Didnt know at the time it was a red flag.
