Communicating how we will achieve our large goals and what individual players should do to make it happen
Leadership here is incredibly accessible. Doesn't matter what level you are, the CEO cares enough to get to know you.

Investing in top talent rather than treating employees as dispensible for as much work for as little pay possible
What is the best part about your compensation package?
everyone at every level is eligible for bonuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Pay market average at the very least.

some of the smartest people i've worked with in the industry
