Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its very hard to move up. You are given additional tasks without additional compensation. Theyre very much a quantity over quality company and you are constantly rushed to hit production targets. More frequent bonuses or a higher pay ceiling would increase our morale.

The golden rule. Treat others how you want to be treated. A little kindness goes a long way. It makes a amore peaceful work enviroment. People will be more likely to help each other to complete the same goal. Build the the best semi trailers in the world.
