Kimberly L. Wilford Esq. — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at WageWorks

Ms. Kimberly L. Wilford, also known as Kim, Esq., has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at WageWorks, Inc. since March 2008. Ms. Wilford has a long and successful track record of providing expert legal counsel as a member of several top tier Northern California companies and law firms. Prior to joining WageWorks, she served as Senior Corporate Counsel of Aricent, a leading communications software company. At Aricent, she was responsible for reviewing and negotiating global commercial contracts, implementing corporate policies and assisting with various corporate governance issues. She also spent seven years at KLA-Tencor Corporation, a leader in yield management and process control solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and related industries, where she served as Associate General Counsel before transitioning to Aricent. Ms. Wilford is a graduate of the University of The Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. She is a graduate of the University of The Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
