Ms. Michelle M. Warner serves as FHA Group Head and Executive Vice President at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. Ms. Warner served as a Senior Vice President and Group Head of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. Ms. Warner served as Co-Head of FHA Finance Division at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. since August 2, 2011. Ms. Warner is responsible for all aspects of Walker & Dunlop's FHA Finance program. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Warner was FHA chief underwriter/program manager for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where she managed the FHA program including loan structuring, credit risk management, program compliance, HUD relationships and staff across the country. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Warner served as Vice President at Primary Capital Advisors where she managed the underwriting, closing and servicing groups for the Atlanta based commercial mortgage banking firm. Ms. Warner received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
