Good work envirnoment and good DEI inititiatives compared to other companies in the industry, thought there's still much work to do.

My department wasn't the best to work for due to structural issues and false promisses, but that is more of a reflection of tge department than the company. The company overall has a positive work environment, good benefits, solid HR, and highly competent employees and managers.

Focus on DEI, and mental and physical health

HR does a good job scouting potential candidates. Once the candidates are scouted, they are interviewed by both managers and team members. HR also provides good advice to managers on how to hold an effective interview and how to avoid innapropriate topics and questions.

The CEO is motivating and positive and is highly concerned about DEI and work-life balance
