What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department wasn't the best to work for due to structural issues and false promisses, but that is more of a reflection of tge department than the company. The company overall has a positive work environment, good benefits, solid HR, and highly competent employees and managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus pool is very generous. Benefits are strongly competitive

The inclusion and opportunity to be heard by the senior leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong sense of "doing the right things, right now, correctly" and keep the shareholder in mind.

What did you like most about the interview process?
HR does a good job scouting potential candidates. Once the candidates are scouted, they are interviewed by both managers and team members. HR also provides good advice to managers on how to hold an effective interview and how to avoid innapropriate topics and questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The CEO is motivating and positive and is highly concerned about DEI and work-life balance
