I took part in different roles and departments in the company. One of the most consistent things throughout the years and departments is the great culture and communication between peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
WalkMe's leadership continuously look to bring in the best talent to lead the company to the best possible places. Every year they come up with targets and visions that seem crazy/impossible at first, but somehow, we always reach them anyway!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WalkMe is investing a LOT in the employees. We have an amazing team in charge of the wellbeing of the employees, they always make sure to keep us excited about the company and brand with the best swag, amazingly produced parties and events, and more.
