Value the employees by showing and telling us that we are important, not that we are all replaceable. Promote from within instead of just hiring friends of friends without the needed skills. Create a compensation plan that has attainable targets and recognize achievements

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are massive pay gaps (check salary.com). There are numerous examples of people being paid 2-3x compared to others with the same title.
A 401k match would massively increase value

Hire a Chief Product Officer to uplevel the development team.

The leadership should learn how to better inspire creativity and care about people. Sometimes the system is treated like a factory and the employees as allocated resources.
