We figure out our own issues when things mess up or go wrong and fix it ourselves

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better training for the Management on how all machines work and Hr needs to communicate better with employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication on dailey break down on the machines and when people have health issues they say you need to go back to work or find another job
