Communication on dailey break down on the machines and when people have health issues they say you need to go back to work or find another job
They need to get better at listening to their employees. Stop forcing overtime 5-6 weekends in a row during a pandemic. They need to stop manipulating their workers into working more overtime. They need to quit buying new machinery when there’s not
