What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very nice & helpful motivated
They are helpful and encouraging.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication on dailey break down on the machines and when people have health issues they say you need to go back to work or find another job
They need to get better at listening to their employees. Stop forcing overtime 5-6 weekends in a row during a pandemic. They need to stop manipulating their workers into working more overtime. They need to quit buying new machinery when there’s not
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having dental insurance and they helped me start a life insurance policy and a 401k.

We figure out our own issues when things mess up or go wrong and fix it ourselves

Talking to some peoples from different cultures
The diversity of individuals and work ethic they possess.
We are all so helpful to one another & customers.

Everybody is comfortable with who they are!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training for the Management on how all machines work and Hr needs to communicate better with employees
Get rid of Executive Losers.

I was told my opinions matter regarding business practices but they clearly do not.
