Recent Questions about HR at Warner Media

  • How does Rooster Teeth handle HR issues?
It depends on whether or not you're an on-camera 'celebrity' or a regular employee. There are many exemptions for bad behavior by the 'talent'. That could just be because there's a club of 'friends' or because the company generally thinks that the talent are more important. The actual HR experience tends to be very carrot and stick. HR will be your friend until there's a problem and then afterward they tow the company line. They're basically the company's enforcers. Good people, but enforcers.
