Thank you for your review and for taking care of our customers and juggling many tasks during the day. Please talk with your local manager to address your concerns as all employees are encouraged to use at least 40 hours of PTO on a continuous basis
I don't necessarily feel undervalued as a whole. I know that I am a valued part of this company. I do however, feel that when an employee has worked here for 3-4 years and the new hires are being compensated almost the same rate, it is quite discouraging.
