Mind has not started yet ( 60 days with the company so far) however when they do start, it will make things easier for me with my medications being a diabetic, as well as the dental for my kids, optical for my husband and I.

i feel like the pay she be a lot more. we are not just csr. we do collections data entry, dispatch and sales. i feel like we deserve more higher pay. we deserve sick time and have at least 3 mental health days.

Thank you for your review and for taking care of our customers and juggling many tasks during the day. Please talk with your local manager to address your concerns as all employees are encouraged to use at least 40 hours of PTO on a continuous basis

I don't necessarily feel undervalued as a whole. I know that I am a valued part of this company. I do however, feel that when an employee has worked here for 3-4 years and the new hires are being compensated almost the same rate, it is quite discouraging.
