What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that the benefits package and the competitive salary both deserve high marks and the opportunity to advance and grow within the company is a outstanding investment in it's people.
Fair but of course would be better to increase, and get recognized more by my manager.
Pay is fair and the benefits are good.
401K and vacation time accrue
Medical is affordable for my family.

Competition are better compensated and regards employees better
Making more than when started...( rt now make less than we did yrs ago)

I make less money now than when I started and have been working for the company for over 10 yrs. when they do cut backs, its the workers that keep the company going that get crapped on
Better pay and better treatment.
Pay was on par with the industry. The workload was constantly expanding with each round of layoffs. No development or opportunity outside of your current position.
it was very low pay for very hard work
