Better communication; better cash management. The company has very poor cash management. Poor career development and advancement opportunities. Management pays exorbitant bonuses to employees that rarely deliver. The CEO is great; ;the rest need to go.

I make less money now than when I started and have been working for the company for over 10 yrs. when they do cut backs, its the workers that keep the company going that get crapped on
Better pay and better treatment.
Pay was on par with the industry. The workload was constantly expanding with each round of layoffs. No development or opportunity outside of your current position.

Quit hiring and promoting people based on race and gender. The best person qualified for the job should be granted the opportunity to prove him or herself.
Constant layoffs; no pay raises for three years. Management practices the buddy buddy network to take care of their friends and no objectivity for the average employee. Very negative.
Background check shouldn't take that long.
Give more chance for people to express themselves freely and openly.
Better screening, prove yourself prior to employment. One on one with the people you will be working side by side with.
