It was very good focus team
I felt that the leadership teams were committed to improving the company market share but lacked the technical knowledge to develop the end user client relationships for our PL target audience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that the benefits package and the competitive salary both deserve high marks and the opportunity to advance and grow within the company is a outstanding investment in it's people.
Fair but of course would be better to increase, and get recognized more by my manager.
Pay is fair and the benefits are good.

They are like a family, except the supervisors and managers.
They listen. but don't communicate well.
Strong work ethic. Excellent technical skills and they see the big picture for Weatherford.

Safety is the top priority

The focus on culture that wasn't here a few years ago. Creating a positive work environment where people have a sense of belonging and can contribute their best every day.

Previous company was Weatherford, it is the best
the one on one meetings with the PL Managers and integration into the Team.
Face to face meetings with senior leadership as well as my manager.

Employee friendly atmosphere, all are treated as same

I am most happy when everyone is treated with respect, trust and integrity and individual opinions and experience have meaning when reviewing specific projects.
