Super inclusive and not a toxic competitive atmosphere unlike a lot of other sales teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always talking with each other, laughing, messing around, but still able to get tons of work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really strive to treat us as people, by actually listening to our feedback, providing a comfortable atmosphere, and placing their trust in us, all while expecting out best in return.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be creative and think outside of the box, not being confined to a single methodology by management and leaders. We are free to explore options and voice opinions, and then share our best practices.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The most important part in my opinion was the interview with one of the founders to determine if you were a right fit for the culture of the company. It isn't just skill set, but also attitude, personal attributes, etc.
