I have been with this company for over 3 years and have found a place that I want to be at for as long as I possibly can. When I started, I thought this would be more of a pitstop. However I was given the opportunity for more growth and work with people who raise each other up.

Our culture pushes everyone to perform their best and is always allowing us to work hard so we are able to stay driven

I was able to meet with multiple staff members and get a feel from how the department ran from multiple positions and perspectives
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am incentivized with bonuses so that I am in control of my pay. If I want to go above and beyond, I am able to do so and be fairly compensated for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with people that truly care about me, even outside of the work environment. I am able to have coworkers around me that I know I can rely on and are always supportive.
