Everyone on the sales team has been very positive and supportive despite cold calling not being the most pleasant job. The executive team and managers care about you on an individual basis and are very accessible. The perks and benefits that they offer are icing on the cake!

The way we all rally together. Whether its to accomplish a sales goal, do a service project, or help a teammate with a personal problem these are people that you can count on
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paternity package was incredible! I had my first child the day after I started at Weave and they gave me a year's subscription of diapers, 6 cleanings by a maid service, $600 for Doordash meals and plenty of time off to get adjusted; it was a god-send!
