Everyone cares about the culture and works together to protect it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Weave is very aggressive with it's complete compensation package. My favorite part is its paternity/maternity benefits, and I don't have kids yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely informative, well prepared, and I'm always excited to attend. The executive team makes it so I never want to miss one.
What makes you most happy at work?
The projects I get to work on. I'm always learning something new, and surrounded by people that do their job extremely well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We do not hire people unless we are 120% about them and what they're going to bring to our culture, customers, and team.
