We have a really open environment that helps us all collaborate. I feel comfortable asking anyone for help whether it is a direct coworker or a director.

They are passionate about the employees and how to help all of us be successful. They give us the trust to let us do our jobs without being micro managed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is happy to be here. I feel like I won't be looked down upon if I need to leave early to attend a kid's dance performance or a family get together. There is a great work life balance
