My co-workers and the company culture are top notch. Also the work I am doing is meaningful and important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be vulnerable. I can make mistakes. I can be me. I am then celebrated for this. All of this helps me to improve and work better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid very well. Perks are awesome and meaningful. But best of all, I love the people I work with, the environment, what I'm doing, and the culture. That's the best perk!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, intimate, and a blast! We are free to do things the way we believe is best. Management listens and actually helps us get our job done. I love it!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was no-nonsense and that we just got to the point. I also thought all of the questions were fair, relevant, and a good determination of my skillset and how I would be as a co-worker.
