They are well informed on what engineers are worth depending on their skill level and I am happy to work for a company that knows how awesome their employees are.

The leadership team takes the time to let you know they care about your work and home life. They provide opportunities to grow and develop and are invested in helping me become my best self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The beliefs people not employees and people not customers are lived and it creates a culture and environment where you care about and are invested in your co-workers, the customers, the investors, etc and it is awesome to be part of a culture like that.
