When I interviewed here, I was told "everything is earned, not given." They didn't like. Not only do I feel like I've been given the resources to succeed, but I've also been given the opportunities to grow and handle more responsibility as I've proven myself. I feel like I play a big role at Weave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture. The sales team is beyond hungry. Everyone is working to give a consistent effort and there's an overall desire to be great. It's contagious.
What makes you most happy at work?
First, competing against myself and other people to be the best I can possible be. The thrill of hitting goals and working hard to accomplish them is exhilarating. I also love my team here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about everyone here, and they also want to give people the chance to grow. I feel like our leaders are looking to give people the opportunity to become better and they trust us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is united together in making Weave the best company out there. I feel that that goal is felt in every department. And also, the autonomy within the company is something I've never experienced. Our executives trust us to make decisions and moves that will improve Weave.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed at other places, a lot of companies were only focused on my experience and what I could do for them. Interviewing for Weave was the exact opposite. They looked at my potential and what the company could give in my search to be successful.
