I've had a great experience working at Weave. I've learned a lot and really honed in on my skills. However I do not like the direction the company is going in and no longer have much faith in the executive team.

They are innovative and initially built out an amazing culture

The benefits are good and I don't pay a lot for them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most teams are incredibly helpful, honest, and positive. Sales is definitely an exception to that.

I work with the best team at Weave. They are amazing people and the hardest workers I know.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a great interview process and really enjoyed it, but I also joined the company when it was much smaller and the interview process was far less cumbersome.
