The people. I work with some amazing people and our customers are a lot of fun to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an energy that I haven't felt anywhere else. People are excited to be here and love our product.

How they were trying to protect the culture that was already established. You could tell that Weave meant a lot to them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid really well and I don't feel like the management is trying to take that away. They love spreading the wealth.

I love my team. If anyone needs help at work or at home any one of us would drop what we are doing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
