What makes you most happy at work?
No deadlines. I can push myself as hard as I can and not deal with leadership getting in the way. I grow every day! It's awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No clue how to describe this. People (leadership included) at Weave care about other people (not their projects) way more. Not sure why. Its weird but amazing. Its like they only hire people with "big hearts".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People check up on each other emotionally. I could talk with any person about a personal problem and get help. Even people I've never met. People here can feel that emotional safety, and love to help to help. Everyone smiles at work like all day. It's weird but so cool.
