I absolutely love working here. I love the trust I receive from my manager and that I am not micromanaged. I also love the flexibility I have to take time off or even work remotely if circumstances call for it. I also love my co-workers and the open environment i have to collaborate with them.

Our development as a person and not an employee is extremely important and put first. I feel as though I have the ability to not only grow with the company, but to also continue to develop outside of the company and maintain a very healthy work life balance.
