What do you like best about the leadership team?They listen to employee concerns and try to act transparently in the best interest of the company and the employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are clueless. The president doesn’t know how to lead. She pushes her good employees with bully tactics. She accepts poor performance but expects her good employees to make up for what they can’t do.
