It's good place to work

They keep increasing workload and dont get paid for numerous hours worked. Not aloud to put in overtime for the long working hours and weekends. And you are not aloud to mention it to managers or you are out but staff talks about it between each other.

Terrible, unfair and mentally stressful I was overworked because of being an "outside" not being part of any clique I had to do double the work. Despite accomplishing key milestones I was not promoted and a crony with no relevant skills was promoted. They target you if you are not an Indian.

The team has changed in recent years and has made positive efforts to be transoarent and to be more data centric in their sales and product development.

WebMD is a terrible company with zero diversity they have hired mostly Indians workers on h1b and low pay. The management is highly incompetent and most managers get promoted based on favoritism. WebMD has been around for over decades but it has only gone down with time. No future whatsoever.

Compare to role and responsibility its less and market std is high

One can not express frustration of workload. No life balance.

Enthusiasm. Genuine interest in their work. Communicating with coworkers can be a bright light in the very long days.

Need to hire people on merit not nepotism.

Lots of activities like puzzles, games, potlucks, special events, etc. Great culture.

It's too toxic and there's a culture of back biting and back stabbing. If you know your stuff you face a lot of jealousy and harassment as the old cliques would want to get rid of you they feel threatened by anyone with independent thinking.

There's no future for this company because the problems run very deep they got acquired by IB which turned out to be the final nail in the coffin. The Indian upper management controls everything and there's no check and balance.
