  • We get this question a lot - your screen name is tied to your email address. You do have a few options, included below:

    You can create a new account, choosing a different screen name, if you use a different email address.

    Or, if you wish to create a new account with your same email address, we can delete your current account (there is a 2 day time delay between deleting an account and the ability to create a new account).Once the deletion process has completed, you may create a new profile and new screen name for your email address.
