What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love working at WebPT
They try to be transparent
Seasoned leadership with servant leader mentality
They are very transparent and will answer your questions.
There are female leaders who are passionate about growing the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, favoritism, give employees knowledge to make the experience tolerable and when an employee asks questions that is knowledge not "bothering someone".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No cap on comission and fair comp plan
They know your worth and let you expanded.
Competitive to the market overall
Great benefits and pay was comparable
paid holidays are not taken out of my PTO time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being at market value and having stock options would make the team feel better.
Took a pay cut to accept the job 1 year ago. Was not told what the average raise range per year is, so don't know whether I'll receive a low or high raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some communication and support on issues.

We truly support each other in every way.
They are all smart, hard-working individuals.
Everyone is friendly and approachable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are afraid to ask questions to each other without repercussions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A positive company culture often prioritizes teamwork, communication and interaction among coworkers. These factors all can improve how well a team collaborates on projects because team members may feel more comfortable and willing to ask for help.
Encouragement to take time off and to not overwhelm yourself.
They are many sources of education. They care for the community and all of us. With mental health and another aspect of society.
The teams are trying to keep morale up on the ground floor.
Working remote was very nice!

They explained what they were looking for up front.
The transparency I received and the patience i was given when teansitioning from my current role to my new role.
The interview was quick and easy.
