WebPT is a fantastic company to work for. I would recommend it to anyone. They listen to their employees and have stayed with a digital first mindset. One thing they can work on is culture post-COVID. This isn't easy for any company. How do you create this when you only see people through zoom?

Team is focused on working together, making the product better, and attempts to be supportive of the team members.
What are your coworkers at WebPT like?
Most of my coworkers are friendly, thoughtful, and hardworking. It can be difficult sometimes to navigate cross-team relationships, but we like each other, get along, and sometimes even party & drink together. We care about each other and the people whom our products serve.

How are the career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at WebPT?
WebPT has experienced agile, CI, and devops transformations within the last several years, and the Engineering organization has a strong bottom-up change culture. WebPT provides room for skill growth, but formal leadership positions may be a bit more scarce given the flat, informal nature of everyday operations.
What's the Marketing team like at WebPT?
Energetic, collaborative and creative environment. This is seriously the best team I’ve ever been a part of.
How's the leadership on the Marketing team at WebPT?
Fantastic. Incredibly communicative and collaborative. Some initiatives are a little slow-going, especially among higher level leadership, but when it comes to employee concerns or major issues, I always feel that leadership has our backs.
