What did you like most about the interview process?I enjoyed being able to show off my skills through a project that pertained to the work I would be doing in the future. I was able to show off places where I excelled and places where I may need more development
What makes you most happy at work?What makes me the most happy is when a family is struggling to find childcare and they end up finding the perfect fit through WeeCare. They have a great experience from start to finish and they understand out platform. This means everyone successfully did their job and the process is working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone understand that our main mission is to solve the childcare crisis. We rally around this mission to drive our work as we positively move towards solutions.
WeeCare is the largest network of childcare providers in the United States. Our employer-sponsored childcare benefit program allows working families to have access to affordable, high-quality childcare. WeeCare’s Childcare Benefits result in decreased employee absenteeism, reduced job turnover, and increased job satisfaction.
WeeCare was founded in 2017 and its current CEO is Jessica Chang. Since its inception 9 years ago, WeeCare has grown to 11 employees.
