  • WeSpire loves our pets and used to have our furry friends visit regularly. Then we moved to a new space that is exactly what we wanted except for one thing...no pets allowed in the building :(

  • As a small company, WeSpire doesn’t have formal, long training programs to let you know everything you may want or need to know. Ask every question that comes to mind as the team is very patient and understanding and want you to succeed. Have confidence to suggest new ideas and get to know the team. Go to lunch or coffee with everyone. Read everything on the website. Use the product. Ask to sit on a customer call and a sales call. Take notes so you can review all the things you are learning and can’t possibky remember at once. Most importantly, relax and have fun with this new opportunity and challenge. You went through a rigorous process to get the job and that means we are 99% sure you are going to do great! Be you!

  • WeSpire is incredibly flexible. Everything is set up for people to work remotely when needed. Employees have worked from parents house during an illness, had a person who worked remote for a year, and a person who toured with their band for 12 weeks.

  • She is visionary, hard-working and really good at sales, product strategy, and fundraising. Customers really like and respect her immensely and she is considered a thought leader in our industry. When she has a strong person on the tech side, the company does well. There have been some challenges with some leaders of those areas in the past, but recent new hires in design and product/engineering have been exactly what she needed to take the company to the next level.
