They work tirelessly to make tough and important decisions, always with honesty and integrity.
The Leadership Team is transparent about business decisions, supports the growth of employees, and provides a safe and flexible work place

there are no technical leaders in the leadership team of this SaaS company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Steady increases in pay based on changing roles and expectations.
Levels and bands mean everyone at the same level is paid the same.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is motivated, kind, and intelligent. My teammates care about our mission and each other.
Everyone works to make the entire company more effective by supporting each other, and constantly asking how we can have better process and team culture
We are a small but mighty team that gets a lot done in meetings and working individually. Open communication styles and remote work ability make it easy to get things done while also living your life.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an incredible amount of freedom and autonomy. Leadership trusts team members to manage their work and their time and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
Everyone takes ownership of the product and company. If something goes wrong, we want to fix it without pointing fingers.
The environment is comfortable and supportive.
