They try to communicate with all and really care about all employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leading....there is no leadership. no one is brave enough to make tough decisions and HR runs the company
leading instead of selfishly taking credit for all team accomplishments
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid base pay and good bonuses and benefits.
the insurance package is the only redeeming offering this company has, but it is not cheap

Very competent and knowledgeable. Friendly and share successes both personally and professionally.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are awesome;leadership is missing....more managers than non-managers, micro-managing and no empowerment
less gossip and bickering, which flows from the top down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun events and celebrations hosted by HR. Always willing to help others in tough times.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
great people trying to make the most of a sad job

It was straight-forward and informative. HR did a great job.

Hybrid schedules, flexibility, sense of community, fun.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
leadership needs to lead, empower, train and cross-train, get rid of dead weight managers that add only negativity and criticism
bad leadership, no vision, no positive flow or encouragement provided to non-managers, outright mean managers need to go
