having management replace the bad apples

Western Digital held back on raises and promotions for several years while they spent way too much money buying other companies. Then, once they did enable raises and promotions, the funding was very bad. Employees are losing money working for Western Digital

Supporting a sector that has a high product demand this job receives a lot of attention. Budget issues prevent hiring so the workload increases. Other sectors are not seeing such a large demand so the company stock and compensation reflects the company outlook.
