Bring in a leadership team that understands the business. Bring in a CEO who exudes excitement about the company through his actions, without having to explicitly state it. Provide details about the business, products, future outlook in town hall meetings; promote competent people within WDC

More money last hours. I just think everybody's miserable. Nobody knows how to smile nobody knows out to be polite

Focus on being a leader in the industry. Stop bringing in more executives from the outside who know little if anything about the industry. Give people actual raises. Have real, and defined career paths.

I work at this dangerous plant creating electricity. I do very hard work and the bosses are very mean and greedy. I deserve a raise. I’m not obligated to anything but I’m their best worker and retired vet and I don’t get treated with the same respect that I treat them.

More challenging work and competency needs to improve with co-workers. Also, how about not only hiring using H1Bs.
